Do you offer the hologram, heat-sensitive or VOID pantograph cheque stock?
All of those features are printing processes. If we can print them, so can a dishonest person. We prefer to use the most-secure cheque stock with security features built into the stock and not simply added for window dressing. read more here

How does Cheque Print protect my banking information?
Cheque Print is the only company, that we are aware of, that requires a "New Account Verification" form to be filled out by all NEW Customers and any customers that are changing banks. (see form)
Why do I have to fill out the account verification form for new orders?
We take privacy and security very seriously. When we receive a new order by fax, we have no way of knowing who you are. When you fill out the account verification form, we fax the form to your bank, and they in turn confirm that the information is correct and accurate.
How long does account verification take?
We usually receive the information within 1-2 working days.
Do banks mind filling out the account verification form?
Absolutely not. They’re very appreciative that we use this form. Cheque fraud affects everyone, and any measures we employ to help reduce its occurrence is appreciated by all. (see form to view our Account Verification Form.)
What about my customer information?
Cheque Print has a very secure office with a number of built-in security features. All employees are screened. All employees must agree to a police check. All data is stored on secure servers, and NO INFORMATION IS EVER TRANSMITTED OVER THE INTERNET.

How will my order be protected?
All orders are delivered by Purolator Courier and require a signature for receipt.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders are delivered by Purolator Courier. Orders must be signed for and they can be tracked. Orders are not left, without someone signing for them, unless the customer has given us explicit instruction to do so. Purolator drivers are all screened, bonded and insured.
