Cheque Print Solutions Inc. would like to help your organization with fund-raising. We are offering this program to registered charities and not-for-profit organizations*. The program is simple, and there are no long-term comittments by your organization. Here is how it works:
- The key contact from your organization fills out our application form (click here to download)
- Once approved, we will print our information sheets, complete with your organization logo, at no charge, as well as create a PDF version for you. These sheets can then be distributed to your supporters with your mailings or you can email a PDF version to them. sample sheet
- Your supporters simply order all of their printing needs directly from Cheque Print.
- All orders are tagged with a unique code for your organization
- Monthly our system is searched for all orders from your supporters
- A report is created showing who has placed orders and how much they have spent (no sensitive information is on this report) Sample Monthly Report - PDF
- 10% of all orders placed is then paid to your organization in the form of a cheque
- Your organization returns to us a tax receipt for the amount donated
