Will I get a proof?                                                                                                       

If you would like to see a proof please ask us for one. We offer faxed or emailed proofs free of charge. Along with your proof you will receive an order confirmation form. If you would like a "live sample" proof there will be a charge of $20.

What is an order confirmation form?

On this form you will see the item(s) ordered, quantity, start number, colour, and the final price which includes shipping and taxes. Your responsibility is to review the order confirmation and most importantly the proof.  If you require any changes to the proof make them directly on the proof or call us to go over the changes. We will happily send you another for your final approval. You can then sign and date the order confirmation in either the "Debit" or "Credit Card Payment" area, and send it back to our offices. We are now ready to print your order.

What happens if there is an error on my order?

If the error is something you overlooked, in most cases we will simply re-run the order at no additional charge. If the error is our mistake we will prioritize your order and immediately re-run the order at no charge. We do not believe that an error should prevent you from receiving your order on time. We want satisfied customers to order from us for years to come, and to tell as many people as they can about our great products and services.  We are in it for the long-term.

How do I pay?

We offer two payment options. First, we can direct debit your bank account after your order has been printed. Second, you can pay by VISA or Mastercard. If you did not order on-line with us you can simply call and give us your credit card information. We do not keep any credit card information on file so you will need to contact us each time you wish to pay by credit card.
