Will I get a proof?

If you want to see a proof, please ask for one.  There is NO CHARGE for either a faxed proof or an emailed proof -it's your choice. Along with the proof you will receive an order confirmation form.  If you would like a "live sample" proof, there will be a charge of $20.

What is an order confirmation form?

On this form you will see the item(s) ordered, the quantity, start number, colour and the final price including shipping and taxes.  Your responsibility is to review the order confirmation and most importantly the proof.  If you require any changes to the proof, make them directly on the proof or call us to go over the changes. We will happily send you another proof for your final approval.  You can then sign and date the order confirmation in either the "Debit" of "Credit Card Payment" area, and send back to our offices.  We are now ready to print your order.

What happens if there is an error on my order?

If the error is something you overlooked, in most cases we will simply re-run the order at no charge to you.  If the error is something we did, we will re-run the order at no charge to you. We will prioritize your order to be run ASAP.  Why should you suffer twice, once with an error and then to add insult to injury, you have to wait even longer for your order.  We want satisfied customers to order from us for years to come and to tell as many people as they can about our great products and services.  We are in it for the long-term.

How do I pay?

We offer two options. 1/ we will direct debit your bank account after your order has been printed or 2/ you can pay by VISA or Mastercard.  If you did not order on-line with us, you can simply call and give us your credit card information.  We do not keep any credit card information on file, so you will need to contact us each time you want to pay by credit card.
