NOTE: For all business orders, we will provide a no-charge proof for your approval prior to printing.
#1- Ordering By Faxing or Emailing A Sample
- Fax or email your existing cheque and provide the following:
- Colour choice
- Quantity
- Start number
- Any changes required are marked on the cheque
- We will then prepare a proof and confirmation and send back to you the same way you sent us the sample (fax or email).
- Order is printed and shipped to you.
#2 - Ordering On-Line Printer Friendly Version
- Click on new order
- Pick the type of cheque you want
- Laser - used to run through a laser or ink-jet printer, and generally used with an accounting software (i.e. Quickbooks, Simply Accounting or PC Law). (see sample)
- Manual - 1 per page or 2 per page cheques with the stub on the left hand side to record your cheque details. Holes are pre-punched in the stubs to fit in your standard cheque binder. (see sample)
- Personal - booked in sets of 25. Attached on the left side, allowing you to put them in a wallet. (see sample)
- Click on the style you prefer - Regular or Premium (only for Laser and 2 per page Manual cheques) (regular sample) (premium sample)
- Check the position of the cheque for Laser (see sample)
- Check the colour you prefer.
- Check the quantity.
- Check to add a logo (for laser and manual cheques only) if you want to add to your cheques
- Click on "add to cart" at the bottom - your order details will now be at the top left side of the screen.
- You now have the choice to "Delete" or "Change" the order details, "Proceed To Checkout", "Create A Quote" or "Continue Shopping"
- You will notice on the right hand side of the screen there are items noted that you can order, which are often ordered with the item you have chosen (i.e. deposit books, envelopes etc.).
- Click on "Proceed To Checkout"
- Click on "New Customer" button, then "Proceed"
- Fill in all fields, especially ones noted with a red asterisk. These are required fields. Again if you are not 100% sure of the details, fill-in what you must, even if it is "filler text". Then in the notes section, put in the correct information to clarify. Plus we will do a proof for all business orders, for your final approval.
- If you are supporting a specific group through our Fund-Raising program, enter the groups name in the "Notes" section.
- Click on "Debit My Account", "Call Me For Credit Card Information" or "Credit Card On Line" for your payment option.
- If using a the "Credit Card On Line" option, fill in the fields for your credit card.
- Click on "Submit" - you are done.
- Cheque Print calls to confirm receipt of all orders and to review the details of your order.
#3 - Ordering Manually - Fax Printer friendly version -with completed form
Note: For this sample, we are ordering a laser cheque for Quickbooks.
- Download and print the "PDF Order Form (click here).
- Download and print the "NEW Account Verification Form" (click here)
- Fill in ALL company information fields.
- You will notice small check boxes to the left of the company information. Use these to check off which items you want printed on the cheques. NOTE: We do need all details in order to contact you and to keep in our database.
- Fill in bank information or as indicated on completed form sample, "Faxed Sample" if you are faxing an existing cheque sample.
- Start number (no leading zeros -001 would print as 1).
- Software used.
- Number of signature lines required.
- How you would like to see your proof, by Fax or email.
- Boxes below are for filling in your Bank numbers and your account number. Sample form shows that a copy has been faxed in.
- Put a checkmark on the layout you prefer (cheque Top, Middle or Bottom)
- Check the colour of cheques.
- Cheque the quantity.
- Check off any add-on items you would like.
- Put any relevant notes in the note field.
- Indicate if your are supporting a specific charity that is part of our fund-raising program.
- Authorize your order by signing, dating and indicating how you would like to pay for your order.
- Complete the "New Account Verification Form".
- Fax both completed forms, along with a cheque sample (if applicable) to our offices.
- Cheque Print calls to confirm receipt of all orders and to review the order details.
